Shipping area
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing and delivery
Brenforde is an international brand based in Shenzhen, China. To ensure the
highest quality of our menswear, all orders are carefully inspected, processed, and
shipped directly from our primary fulfillment center in China.
- Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days.
- Standard Delivery: Usually takes 7–15 business days after processing to
arrive at your address in the United States.
- Expedited Delivery: Usually takes 5–7 business days after processing.
Please note: Tracking numbers will be provided via email as soon as your order
ships, allowing you to follow your package's journey every step of the way.
Carriers and delivery route
Orders are dispatched from our fulfillment center in Shenzhen, China. China Post handles cross-border transportation, and the United States Postal Service (USPS) handles final-mile delivery in the United States. Packages are transferred from the cross-border postal network to USPS for delivery to the recipient. Use the tracking information provided after shipment to follow transportation and delivery updates.
Shipping rates
- Free standard shipping on orders of $79 or more.
- $6.99 standard shipping on orders from $59.00 to $78.99.
- $8.99 standard shipping on orders from $0.01 to $58.99.
- $12.99 expedited shipping.
Tracking and delivery issues
Tracking information is provided when available. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate. If an order arrives damaged, or the item received is different from the item purchased, contact service@brenforde.com with your order number and photos as soon as possible.
